Ariadne is a soulful yoga teacher and life coach. She is passionate about working with the therapeutic and healing powers of yoga and draws on Mindfulness and her background in Psychology to encourage students to release mental and physical tension, feel present and grounded. She believes that through creating a safe space for learning and exploration and meeting ourselves where we are, we can experience meaningful and powerful shifts in mind, body and spirit, on and off the yoga mat.
Ariadne’s teaching is all about tuning into your body, deeply connecting to the moment and how you feel on the mat. Sequences are created to ultimately help you feel good, with alignment-based flow, moving onto static postures with mindful breath to help you go deeper in your practice. Expect to move your body in nourishing and challenging ways and to experience a greater sense of body awareness and harmony.
