Paraphrasing his Teacher Jason Crandell, “Yoga is the lab of life, the gymnasium of awareness, the mat of mindfulness”. For Ben, the perpetual unfolding of the mind-body-spirit, the Joy of change, strengthening of balance, awareness and compassion that arise from an ongoing Yoga practice, inspire him to share the learning.
